Our DIY-Expertbots (computer-personalities) can have different video for each unique personality or situation. The DIY-Expertbot could be a Plumber, electrician, Lawn & Garden or even home designer. Showing how to do a project, during instructions and movies the customer can talk (type if using Short Message Service "SMS") to the DIY-Expertbot. The DIY-Expertbot will seem to be a live web cam chat during the lesson. At times the DIY-Expertbot video could be paused in a natural manner. The DIY-Expertbot would stop naturally as if listening to a question in a web cam type of video. This creates the illusion that you are really in the situation like fixing a kitchen sink and posing questions and answering them to the DIY-Expertbot. Keep in mind the DIY-Expertbot is also proactive and reacts in a very human way asking questions.

Distance learning
Each DIY-Expertbot teacher can be different and do things in a different way. The computer-personalities always make the chat always unique and personal. They will refer to the customer by their name along with casual personal comments like "Yes <customer's name>, this is how you put the Teflon tape on."
With computers and our AI, it can be a constant resource for the customer.

• HELPERs cyber-personalities. Example: The customer has been interacting with a Plumberbot. The human asks a question that the Plumberbot would NOT know like, “How do I put my light fixtures above the sink ?” The Plumberbot Expert could say. “Hold on < customer’s name > Dani < Electricianbot Expert > should answer that”. This would pass control over to that expert DIY-Expertbot in a very seamless way.
• Pre project and post project. How the project went and what can I do next.
• Build profiles based on projects they have talked about for next chat.

Technology
Each of our MCF database servers can presently handle up to 3,000 clients simultaneously per low cost retail computer. A single T-1 connection can allow 63,000 users at the same time. Our robust scaleable system can, if needed, be scaled up to serve simultaneously ten million (10,000,000) clients.
